HHC Uniform Shop price increases

29 Apr by Uniforms - Zoe Alcott

Back in 2020, we embarked on a journey to refine the Hawthorn Hockey Club branding and introduce a new uniform that represented the updated elements of our Club. This was a collective effort to achieve whole-club consistency, from the Club’s most senior pillars to junior players just starting their hockey journey.

In 2020, when teams took to the pitch, they looked like they were wearing a mix of styles from across the decades. In our 100th year, we are proud we achieved our ‘One Club, One Team, One Uniform’ goal.

When we debuted the new design, we keenly priced items, aware that we were asking players to do away with items they had worn for far too long and adopt a new thing! We offered a further package discount to incentivize players to purchase the complete playing kit, so coaches and team managers didn’t have to deal with players not having clash uniforms.

Since 2020, all manufacturing and freight prices have increased numerous times. We have absorbed these increasing costs but can no longer afford to.

THE UNIFORM SHOP PRICES WILL INCREASE SOON.
WE WILL NO LONGER OFFER A PACKAGE DISCOUNT.

Visit the Uniform Shop before the price rises to stock up on items you need for the season. We will be open:
Mon 29 April: 5 – 6pm
Tue 30 April: 5 – 6pm
Thurs 2 May: 7 – 8pm
Sun 5 May: 12 – 1pm

Based on your feedback, we work hard to source, negotiate and offer a variety of quality items that are fit for purpose. We appreciate your support, as your ‘shopping’ lets us keep stock of the items you need and want.
